How does it work?

"Your Company" Toolbox will be set up immediately upon your confirmed order and you will be provided a web address which can be accessed directly. Once "Your Company" Toolbox has been activated you will be the initial administrator who would be responsible for issuing Your Company User Names & Passwords to your employees, contractors, users, etc. Once the administrator has assigned user names and passwords the system will be ready for use.

We will make your transition EASY -
If you have used any other contact management product you will be able to immediately begin using the Contact Management Tool™ within "Your Company" Toolbox. Current contact information can be imported automatically from Outlook®. GoldMine®, Act™, Maximizer™ and others can be imported for you by MyCompany Toolbox personnel.

As part of our service Technical Toolboxes will assist you in getting started with on-line training and assistance on importing your current contact information.

How do I obtain a trial subscription & what do I get?

For FREE we will provide you with full access to the service for 30 Days to try it out a see if it would be useful for your organization. During this period you or the administrator of your account can add additional users for the trial, set levels of access, etc. and have complete use of MyCompany Toolbox CRM™. At the end of the trial period you will have the opportunity to either continue or terminate the service.

What if I terminate at the end of the trial period?

If you elect to terminate at the end of the trial period you will be given all of your contact data back in the form of an Excel™ spreadsheet which can then be imported into any contact management system you ultimately choose. Thus, none of your work will be wasted with little financial risk and no further obligation.

Can you transfer my data from GoldMine®, Act™, Outlook® etc. in your system?

Yes. Contacts from Outlook® can be automatically transferred using our import wizard. MyCompany Toolbox personnel is available to import contacts from other sources. We will ensure your transition is EASY and hassle free.

Can I do bulk exports of my contacts?

Yes. The CMT has utilities to export your contacts to a CSV file that can be opened with Microsoft Excel and imported into any of the major address books such as Outlook, Goldmine, and Act!.

You can also filter the contacts that you are exporting to generate lists according to company, categories, Country, city, etc.

Is your site secure? Is my information safe?

Overview:
Security of our systems and data is top priority at MyCompany Toolbox (MCT).

We employ a variety of means to ensure the security and reliability of our network. This includes utilizing a separate secure subnet for Servers and Data, state of the art Firewalls and Video Surveillance.

Specific Details of our Security measures and implementation are confidential and proprietary to MCT.

Physical Security:
Our data centre is limited only to personnel who have gone through a background security check thus limited to data center personnel only. Access is monitored 24x7x365 with surveillance to ensure your information is safe. All Servers, Switchgear and Secure subnet wiring are protected by security pass codes.

Every person entering or leaving our facility is recorded by our video surveillance system.

Firewalls:
Our expert staff combines numerous state of the art Firewalls, multiple discreet subnets and NAT to ensure total security. Our security practices are constantly reviewed and are updated regularly to ensure protection from new and emerging threats.

Encryption:
MCT utilizes 1024-bit RSA public key SSL certificates allowing our clients secure access to their applications and data with either 40-bit or 128-bit encryption using standard Web Browsers. This ensures that all traffic between MCT's clients and our Servers is encrypted from end to end.

Reliability:
All data is backed up daily, backups are triple redundant and stored offsite. Reliability of critical data is further enhanced by mirrored RAID hardware.

I know your site is secure, but are you also protecting my privacy?

MyCompany Toolbox (MCT) has a strict privacy policy and it is explained on all of our websites, click here. Our privacy policy forbids MCT from violating the privacy of any person or entity. Your contact list is ALWAYS in your full control and no one outside of your organization or outside of your permission may have access to the contact list.

Security and privacy of your information is our top priority and all personnel have strict policies to adhere to.

Can I keep some of my information private?

Yes there is a "private” setting on most data entry screens such as contacts, opportunities, appointments, notes, tasks, etc. On the edit pages, the private setting will only show for the user that entered the information originally. This eliminates the possibility of a user “privatizing” information that belong to the company or others.

How does the Toolbox work with Skype©?

The Skype© API (Application Programming Interface) has opened up to enable us to write commands that will open Skype from your browser. You currently have the ability to start a Skype call, a chat session, send a file to another Skype user, and add the Skype addresses to your Skype Address Book. We will also add the ability to conference multiple Skype users on a call or chat session. The API also supports SkypeOut services for SkypeOut users. This product is not endorsed or certified by Skype.
