CMT - Contract Management Module

The Contract Management Module (CMM) is used to keep track of all the contracts in the company. The CMM is ideally suited to follow directly after a sale is closed and the contract is drafted and signed. The CMM reminds the legal department, contract management personnel, and business managers of the expiration dates, contract value, start and end dates, contract status and signature dates. The system also enables the user to upload electronic documents and files such as PDF versions of the contract, spreadsheets, and other documents to support the contract.

This page is used to search the individual contracts. The page gives access to the detailed contract record, and a high level view of the contract assignment, status, start and end date, and the contract value.
